HS2 Euston Station Enabling
We provided BIM management and design management services for multiple work packages on this large and complex project. We also produced numerous concept and detailed MEPH services design submissions for multiple work packages. We produced a fully compliant 3D model to BIM level 2 and approximately 500 No. MEPH & Fire drawings.
North London Energy From Waste Eco Park
We developed the detailed electrical design and associated CAD drawings for the temporary shed; site wide lighting and site security cabins. We also provided the above ground drainage and diesel fuel tank distribution center detailed designs. We produced a fully compliant 3D model to BIM level 2 and approximately 35 No. MEPH drawings.
Pure Data Brent Cross Datacentre Substation
We provided design management services and produced the RIBA 4 stage Mechanical; Electrical & Public Health services detailed design for the substation providing power to the new datacentre in Brent Cross. We also provided BIM management services and we produced a fully compliant 3D model to BIM level 2 and approximately 50 No. Mechanical; Electrical; Public Health; Fire and Comms drawings.
Waterloo International Terminal
We managed the delivery of the mechanical; electrical and public health services detailed designs and BIM model for back of house; retail and platform areas. Being the largest project in Europe at the time this exciting project was vast and requiring complex staging of the design and construction phases to deliver the project successfully.
